Role Description The Senior Sourcing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig City, responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for a variety of client roles. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sourcing strategies, using online platforms and networks to build talent pipelines, and screening profiles to match client requirements. The role involves close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, coordinating candidate outreach, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems. The Senior Sourcing Specialist also supports contract negotiation processes, provides market insights, and contributes to continuous improvement of sourcing processes to meet client service standards.

Qualifications
