Senior Solutions Engineer Philippines

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Solutions Engineer to join our growing APJ Solutions Engineering Team. This role serves as a technical expert and trusted advisor for our customers, guiding them through the evaluation and adoption of SolarWinds solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT operations, network management, and cloud-based monitoring solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to articulate the value of SolarWinds products and ensure customers receive tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SolarWinds products, providing in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Pre-Sales Support: Partner with sales representatives to understand customer requirements, design solutions, and drive successful sales engagements.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring they fully understand the capabilities and benefits of SolarWinds solutions.
• Solution Design: Assess customer environments and develop tailored technical solutions that align with their IT strategy and business needs.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Lead PoCs and trials, ensuring smooth implementation and clear demonstration of product value.
• Training & Enablement: Provide solution training and best practices to customers, partners, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud and application technologies.
• Experience with SolarWinds or similar Full Stack Observability solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud and container based platform e.g. AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc
• Ability to travel as required (up to 25-50%).
