Senior Solutions Engineer

• Work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements, business challenges, and technical needs.
• Design and recommend IT solutions based on client requirements, budget, and business objectives.
• Prepare solution presentations and other supporting documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Act as the technical point of contact during the pre-sales process.
• Assist in proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and evaluation of proposed solutions when required.
• Stay updated on the company's products, IT solutions, software platforms, and relevant industry technologies.
• Assist in the transition of won projects from the Sales/Pre-Sales stage to the implementation or delivery team.
• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, solution designs, proposals, and technical documentation.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, IT Support, or a related technical role.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, ITSM, workflow automation, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with platforms such as monday.com, Freshworks, Freshservice, Freshchat, or similar business software solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, networking, or system architecture.
• Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals.

Requirements

• This is a hybrid setup and requires you to go to the office, client meetings, or events (2 to 3 days working onsite).
• Minimum of 2 weeks onsite training
• Have a proper laptop and headset or earphones.
• Have a stable Internet connection.
• Have a space that is not noisy.
• Residing in Metro Manila
