About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who sits at the intersection of business strategy and intelligent automation. You'll work directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement solutions using AI-powered tooling — primarily Claude Cowork and OpenAI Codex. This is a hands-on role: you'll own the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
What You'll Do
- Discovery & Analysis
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders across functions (operations, marketing, finance, etc.)Map and document existing workflows, identifying friction points and automation opportunities
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, scoped solution specs
Solution Design & Implementation
- Architect and build end-to-end workflow automations using Claude Cowork and Codex
- Configure, customize, and integrate AI tools to fit specific business contexts
- Rapidly prototype solutions, gather feedback, and iterate
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout each engagement
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Train end users and build documentation to drive adoption
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate solution performance post-deployment and refine based on real-world usage
- Stay current on the evolving capabilities of Claude, Codex, and adjacent AI tooling
- Contribute to internal playbooks and best practices
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a solutions engineering, business analysis, or technical consulting role
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into working technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI automation tools (Claude, Codex, or similar platforms)
- Strong ability to run structured discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and scoping projects from scratch
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can hold a room with executives and write clean technical specs
Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs and light coding (Python, JavaScript)
- Background in process mapping or business process reengineering
