We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in the life insurance industry to design and implement innovative solutions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulations, as well as a proven track record in technology architecture and project management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in the life insurance industry.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, business processes, and regulatory environment.
Proficiency in modern architecture patterns, cloud services, and software development practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Serves as the overall Architect for a specific domain, looking after all solutions (and interdependencies) relating to said domain regardless of the area.
Works with the Enterprise Architect/s on the overall strategy and provides direction to Solutions Designers (SolDes) on developing solutions for their specific areas.
Ensures that Solutions designed by SolDes adhere to standards and provides review and sign-off on designs relating to their domains.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design and develop scalable and secure solutions that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
Lead the evaluation and selection of software products and services.
Oversee the implementation of new systems, including integration with existing platforms.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the life insurance sector.
