About the Role

The Solutions Architecture job family provides strategic consultation and technical expertise to clients, ensuring the optimal design, deployment, and integration of solutions. Solutions Architects bridge client needs and capabilities by tailoring solutions to meet unique requirements, guiding the technical implementation process, and providing ongoing support. This role combines deep technical knowledge with client-facing skills, driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success through proactive engagement and solution alignment.

The Advanced Solutions Architect provides strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects. They drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements, collaborate closely with Sales teams on pre-sales activities, and serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues

What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects.
• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements.
• Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on pre-sales activities.
• Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks in solution implementations.
• Actively contribute to the improvement of service delivery processes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.
• Competent understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Competent with Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services.
• Competent with Unix/Linux.
• Competent in scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.).
• Competent in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
• Competent with business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
• Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making.
