Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with testing expertise in the Wealth Management domain. If Business Analyst profiles are not available, strong Senior Test Engineers with relevant domain experience will also be considered.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Wealth Management mobile applications (Android & iOS)
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis and Testing (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in performance testing and security testing for mobile apps
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify stakeholder needs
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Support testing, UAT, and rollout of applications
- Track changes and maintain documentation
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Test Engineer
- Strong understanding of business processes and project management principles
- Experience with business analysis tools and testing methodologies
