Senior Software Engineer (Web)

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve software delivery, system reliability, and engineering processes.
• Review existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend best practices such as CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to help teams achieve their goals.
• Create roadmaps for adopting new tools, processes, and engineering capabilities.
• Communicate technical solutions and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) projects and help teams during the early stages of implementation.
• Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a software engineering role as an individual contributor.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js is an advantage.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
• Experience delivering large-scale solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in secure or air-gapped environments (e.g., government, banking, or regulated industries) is a plus.
