As the technical leader within a product team, you will mentor engineers, champion engineering best practices, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering leadership to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. You will influence technical strategy, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the software delivered meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and solution design for engineering teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.

- Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through pairing, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
