Onboarding: First month fully onsite; then hybrid 3 days onsite per week

Summary
We're hiring senior software engineers in Manila to join our global technology teams. You'll design and build cloud‑native microservices in .NET, develop modern front‑end applications in Angular 17+ or React, and contribute to mission‑critical platforms in client onboarding (KYC/AML) and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, and deploy microservices in C#/.NET hosted in AWS.
- Develop front‑end features in Angular 17+ or React, depending on project track.
- Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) practices with unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps in Agile sprints.
- Ensure data integrity and performance in SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and coding standards.
- Participate in refactoring legacy systems into scalable cloud architectures.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and mentorship within the team.
Past Experience, Knowledge & Personal Attributes
Required Skills
- Strong background in C#/.NET, microservices, SQL, AWS, CI/CD, and TDD.
- Expertise in either Angular 17+ (Typescript) or React JS.
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes/EKS).
Desirable Skills
- Entity Framework (SQL Server) or Oracle/Postgres experience.
- Knowledge of Python, messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Exposure to financial services, risk systems, or regulatory workflows.
