Job Description
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions and system architectures.
- Build secure, scalable, and reliable applications using Go (Golang).
- Architect and optimize Kafka-based event-driven systems.
- Drive Kubernetes deployments and microservices best practices.
- Enhance Redis performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and indexing strategies.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support production systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Go (Golang), Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience building high-scalability, high-availability distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering principles.
- Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and secure code.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience operating production systems and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
