Job Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions and system architectures.
  • Build secure, scalable, and reliable applications using Go (Golang).
  • Architect and optimize Kafka-based event-driven systems.
  • Drive Kubernetes deployments and microservices best practices.
  • Enhance Redis performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and indexing strategies.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support production systems.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Go (Golang), Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven experience building high-scalability, high-availability distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering principles.
  • Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and secure code.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience operating production systems and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
