Position Overview and Role Description

We are hiring for a fast-growing SaaS company delivering ERP solutions to industrial and environmental sectors, supporting leading enterprise clients across Europe. The platform powers complex, mission-critical workflows in waste management and environmental compliance, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and security.

Role Summary

This role is based in Manila, Philippines (fully remote) and works closely with Netherlands-based European stakeholders. Senior Software Developer/Engineer is a hands-on contributors responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software while supporting the Technical Lead in design, implementation, and code quality enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

What This Role Owns

• Feature-level design and implementation
• Code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Complex development tasks and refactors
• Supporting and guiding Medior Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production-quality code using Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Own complex features, integrations, and performance-sensitive components
• Participate actively in design discussions and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve non-trivial technical issues
• Maintain high standards for testing and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 58+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React, PostgreSQL
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud-native systems, and micro-services
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

Working Model & Contract Details

• Location: Manila, Philippines
• Work Model: Fully Remote
• Client Location: Netherlands
• Contract Duration: 12 months (initial), with renewal options
• Start Date: March 2026
