Salary band ₹15–30 LPA

Lead delivery on complex engagements. Own architecture decisions, mentor mid-level engineers, and ship production systems end-to-end.

What you'll do

  • Lead architecture and technical design for complex client engagements
  • Own delivery end-to-end: design, implementation, deployment, observability
  • Mentor mid-level engineers through code review, technical writing, pairing
  • Make pragmatic technology choices and document the rationale
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to shape requirements and timelines

What we need from you

  • 5+ years building production software in a modern stack
  • Strong fundamentals across backend, APIs, databases, and at least one frontend framework
  • Track record of owning a feature or service end-to-end — design through deployment
  • Comfortable in code review, technical mentoring, and writing clearly

Nice to have

  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) at production scale
  • Performance, observability, or security work
  • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Open-source contributions or technical writing
