Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer / Lead Software Engineer to join a new enterprise application development project. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications across frontend, backend, integration, reporting, and database layers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ReactJS as the primary technology, complemented by solid hands-on experience in Spring Boot and NodeJS. The role demands the ability to build, optimize, and support high-performance, transaction-intensive applications while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, maintainability, and performance.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with frontend applications and external systems.
- Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Implement logging, monitoring, exception handling, and transaction management best practices.
- Support secure integrations using WSO2 API Manager and SFTP/OpenSSH.
- Develop and maintain reports using Jasper Reports Server.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot PostgreSQL database queries and related database components.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent solutions for:
- Code generation
- Code refactoring
- Root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting and debugging
- Unit test creation
- Documentation generation
- Productivity improvement
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and software development lifecycle processes.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Frontend Development (Primary Skill)
- Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS development with the ability to independently develop and maintain complex enterprise applications.

Backend Development
- Strong development experience in Spring Boot.
