About Our Client
This opportunity is with a large organization in the consulting/business process outsourcing industry, catering to companies in the insurance services. They are known for their robust operations and innovative approach to technology.
Job Description
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications in line with project plans and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications through bug resolution and feature improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal teams regarding assigned systems.
- Assist in improving system architecture and contribute to solution design initiatives.
- Ensure documentation, project artefacts, and development records are accurately maintained.
- Share technical knowledge and actively participate in continuous learning and process improvement activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in C#, Web API, Asp.Net, and Microservices. The candidate should have strong hands-on coding experience.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, frameworks, and programming languages.
- Familiarity with business processes and operational workflows.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build productive stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
