About the role
Asurion is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML) to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that power our innovative products and services.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences
- Leverage advanced data science techniques and tools to extract insights from large, complex datasets
- Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable AI/ML systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation
- Mentor and guide more junior members of the engineering team, sharing your expertise and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure high standards of software development
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of data manipulation, model training, and evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services and platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
