What You'll Do:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging Facebook and Instagram content aligned with G2G PH's brand tone, visual identity, and local market trends.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars supporting product launches, campaigns, and key marketing milestones in coordination with the regional team.
- Localize global campaigns and adapt materials to fit the Philippine audience, ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevance.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments/messages and fostering strong relationships with followers.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) to optimize content strategy, collaborating with creative partners when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media (Facebook and Instagram) for a consumer brand, preferably in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle.
- Active social media user with strong knowledge of content strategy, audience engagement, and trend adaptation.
- Skilled in basic graphic design, photo editing, or short-form video editing; highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-managed.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino; amenable to fully onsite work in Makati.
