About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Content Producer who can bring creative ideas to life and develop engaging content that connects with our audiences.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end production of social media content, from conceptualization and planning to filming, editing, publishing, and performance optimization.

You will work closely with our Marketing Team to translate brand stories, product messages, and campaign priorities into engaging, platform-relevant content, particularly for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate combines creativity, strong video production skills, and project management experience, with a good understanding of how social media content can support brand engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media content planning and execution by developing and managing the monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and alignment with marketing priorities.
• Manage end-to-end video production, including content conceptualization, storyboard development, pre-production planning, filming, editing, approval coordination, and publishing.
• Develop engaging, platform-specific content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to connect with existing customers and reach new audiences.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, identifying creative opportunities and sharing relevant insights with the Marketing Team.
• Monitor and analyze content performance alongside the Digital Marketing Lead, using engagement and other relevant metrics to improve content strategies and results.
• Recommend and develop new content initiatives that support brand campaigns, audience engagement, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on time and meets creative and brand standards.
• Support other digital communication projects as needed, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging across digital channels.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in social media content production, digital content creation, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in producing engaging social media videos and digital content.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end video production, including conceptualization, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and other major social media platforms, including content formats, audience behavior, and current trends.
• Experience in content planning, project coordination, and managing multiple deliverables within deadlines.
• Good understanding of social media performance metrics and how content can support audience engagement and business goals.
• Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging content.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City or Santa Rosa, Laguna, depending on the assigned work location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with social media boosting tools and paid content promotion on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
• Experience developing platform-specific content strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Interest in natural beauty, personal care, sustainability, or purpose-driven brands.
