About the Role20four7VA is looking for a proactive, execution-focused Senior Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to handle storytelling-driven social media across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for clients in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
This is a hands-on role focused on short-form content, growth, and workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms
- Create and publish reels, carousels, and stories
- Draft basic video scripts aligned with brand tone
- Perform light video editing (cutting clips, captions, formatting)
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats
- Develop monthly content plans and content calendars
- Create strong hooks, captions, and storytelling outlines
- Engage with followers, comments, and DMs
- Build and manage ManyChat or similar automations
- Identify and qualify leads and inquiries
- Plan collaborations and partnerships in advance
- Share weekly insights and monthly performance reports
- Ensure content is prepared ahead of schedule
Requirements- 3+ years of social media management & content creation experience
- Proven experience with reels and short-form content
- Light video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms
- Strong storytelling and writing skills
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Experience with ManyChat or similar tools (preferred)
Work Schedule- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours (client-confirmed)
- Must have overlapping availability for collaboration
