Job Title: Senior Social Media Ads Expert
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly technical Senior Social Media Ads Expert with 5+ years of experience to scale our global B2C presence. You will lead performance-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other emerging social platforms.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of performance campaigns—from advanced technical setup, optimization, A/B testing & reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-budget campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads.
- Manage Always-On and seasonal B2C campaigns across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring local relevance in over 12 currencies.
- Drive measurable growth for App Installs, Subscriptions, and Web Conversions, optimizing for post-install events and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Expertly deploy Meta Advantage+ and TikTok Smart Performance Campaigns (SPC), knowing exactly when to use Black Box automation versus manual precision targeting.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy by managing the Meta Conversions API (CAPI), TikTok Pixel/Events API, and Snapchat Pixel via GTM.
- Proactively identify and fix tracking blackouts, attribution shifts, or sudden spikes in CPA across global accounts.
- Navigate iOS 14+ and Android privacy changes using SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit and incrementality testing to prove true channel lift.
- Collaborate with design teams to brief Native-first content (UGC, Reels, TikTok trends) based on hard performance data.
- Run rigorous A/B and Multivariate tests on hooks, CTAs, and visual formats, moving beyond vanity metrics to focus on conversion volume.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social for global B2C brands.
- Platform Expertise: * Expert proficiency in Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat (Certifications preferred).
- Experience with Pinterest or X (Twitter) Ads is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GTM, GA4, and mobile measurement partners (MMP) like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Ability to work with basic Python/JavaScript for ad scripts or API connectors.
- Experience managing campaigns across different time zones, currencies, and languages.
