Hiring: Senior Snowflake & DBT Data Engineer (Remote – India)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Snowflake & DBT Data Engineer to join an exciting project with Capgemini.

Location: 100% Remote (India Day Shift)

Duration: 6–12 Months (Contract)

Experience: 8–10+ Years

Strong communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions.

• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion frameworks.

• Develop and maintain modular DBT models (staging, intermediate, and marts).

• Implement DBT testing, documentation, lineage, and data quality frameworks.

• Optimize Snowflake performance using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, clustering, and query tuning.

• Design enterprise data models, including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Fact/Dimension modeling.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

• Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines and analytics environments.

• Collaborate with analytics, business, and architecture teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
