As a Senior SME for Invoicing, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of invoicing and billing operations by managing critical financial data, supporting process improvements, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, billing operations, or finance, including supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or other finance-related credential) is preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end billing and invoicing processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using Oracle or other ERP/accounting systems
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a team is preferred
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous process improvement
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

Your Daily Tasks

Data Processing and Maintenance

  • Process, validate, and maintain business data while ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Resolve data discrepancies, perform quality checks, and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and support business decision-making
  • Prepare reports and dashboards, validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and deliver actionable insights to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance

Communication and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries, address escalations, and support consistent business operations
  • Communicate timely updates and coordinate activities with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of operational initiatives

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support client requirements, operational objectives, and service delivery

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable data protection regulations
