We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements, risk processes, and governance frameworks.
ServiceNow IRM Development
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM applications such as:
- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance
- Audit Management
- ThirdParty Risk Management
- Continuity Management
- Build and enhance:
- Workflows, Flow Designer flows
- Business rules, UI policies/actions
- Integrations and data imports
- Custom tables, forms, and views
Technical Expertise
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
- Apply best practices for IRM data model, GRC architecture, and platform performance.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and ensure platform stability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- 3+ years specialized experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules.
Strong expertise in:
- JavaScript (server-side and client-side)
- Flow Designer / Workflow Engine
- ServiceNow Studio & Source Control
- Data imports, integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable IRM solutions.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certifications:
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- CISIRM / CISGRC
- Experience with risk frameworks (ISO 31000, NIST, SOC2, etc.)
- Background in security, audit, compliance, or enterprise risk functions.
