JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, and workflow management, along with proficiency in Service Portal and Advanced Work Assignment modules.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
- Develop and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Utilize expertise in ServiceNow API architecture to create and maintain REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs.
- Configure and troubleshoot Advanced Work Assignment modules, including channels, queues, assignment rules, agent presence, and capacity management.
- Design and implement custom solutions in Service Portal, including creating portals, pages, and widgets using AngularJS.
- Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Script includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Customize the platform using UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, and applying CSS and HTML for advanced UI/UX customization.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace environments.
QUALIFICATION
- 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, especially in ITSM and CSM.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST integrations, and Scripted REST APIs.
- 5+ years of experience with Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and collaboration abilities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred but not required
