Senior Servicenow Developer

Experience: 5 to 15 years in Servicenow

Location: Quezon - Hybrid (2 days RTO per week)

Job type: Permanent with MNC - direct hire

Salary Range: 120K to 350K PHP (Depending on experiences)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers to provide platform support, enhancements, defect resolution, and implementation of new capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, platform administrators, architects, and support teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents and defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Support production deployments and change implementation activities.

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow platform development experience.
