Job Description
The Senior Analyst Programmer is responsible for delivering quality software development and maintenance services in accordance with the Group'sSoftware Development Life Cycle standard.The role performs high complexity software development work under the direction of the Application Development Manager, such as major enhancements to a specific module of a core system, or the development of new system.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely and mentor other AnalystProgrammers and Programmers in developing and maintaining application software
- Develop, test, maintain and debug programsin accordance with the Group'sSoftware Development Life Cycle
- Ensure that programs deliveredoperate according to functional and non-technical specifications
- Critically reviews programs prior SIT or UAT, to verify consistency and conformance with established coding standards
- Ensures that programs have minimal defects and have gone through agreed Quality Assurance checks
- Conduct performance tuning of programs to meet the performance criteria as set-out in the Technical Design Specifications (TDS)
- Provide 3rd level production support to investigate and resolve issues meeting service level agreements as required by the business.
- Install development software and appropriate tools to create and maintainapplications required for production, test and disaster recovery environments
- Analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and recommend ServiceNow-first based solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support prioritization of requirements and manage the product backlogin alignment with project objectives.
- Liaise and coordinate with Business Systems Analysts / Business Process Designers /Project Managers for software change requests, issues or problems
- Support Business SystemsAnalysts during UAT period
- Schedule, prepare and deliver softwarechanges to both production and development systems
- Provide 3rd level production support to investigate and resolve issues meeting service level agreements as required by the business.
- Install development software and appropriate tools to create and maintainapplications required for production, test and disaster recovery environments.
- Coach Junior Analyst Programmers and Analyst programmers regarding standards and methodologies for development. May actively contribute to the continuous development of knowledge sharing in the assigned application and/or other applications for the team.
- Assigned as the Software Configuration Managerrole for projects to maintain effective control over the software versioning
- Participate in regular and ad-hoc client management meetings. Keeps his/her supervisor and management appraise the progress of assigned projects and status of any problems on a regular basis.

Do you have experience as a Senior Servicenow Analyst Programmer
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science,Information Technology or equivalent.
- Solid 7+ years'experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization
- Deep understanding and knowledge in Systems Analysisand Design, preferably within a ServiceNow environment or enterprise platform.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modulessuch as HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
- Experience in designing solutions that unify and streamline employeeservices across multiple departments is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse business functions and manage expectations.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with agilemethodologies and tools.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)certification is a plus; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Experience in backenddevelopment C#, .Net,SQL, CloudRun are a plus
- Attention to detailwith strong commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt quickly,manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
