Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cainta for a Senior Service Desk Analyst. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, resolving troubleshooting issues, and assisting end-users in addressing IT-related concerns. The Senior Service Desk Analyst will also deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely support for all inquiries and incidents. Monitoring system performance, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction are vital aspects of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills
  • Proven experience in Customer Support and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient IT support in an on-site workplace
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users
  • Relevant certifications and a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage
