Oversees overall IT Asset Management service delivery under DFS, ensuring governance, SLA compliance, and operational excellence across all workstreams (SAM, FSO, Licensing, Platform, and Command Center).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ITAM delivery, SLA adherence, and performance governance.
- Conduct operational reviews and client governance calls.
- Drive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.
- Lead escalations, audits, and monthly performance reports.
Skills / Experience:
- 10+ years in ITAM / ITSM service delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and people leadership.
- ITIL v4 certification preferred.
