Duties and Responsibilities Senior Technical Engineer (IT Distribution)
- Manage and oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, network devices, and related equipment.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Lead project implementation, system integration, testing, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding technical requirements and project concerns.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, implementation plans, and service updates.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and support personnel.
- Conduct site inspections, system assessments, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and technical deliverables.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and occupational safety requirements.
- Assist the Sales and Operations Team by providing technical recommendations and product support when necessary.
- Perrform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
