Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with a strong focus on organic search. You will develop and execute strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Your role will involve analyzing performance data, optimizing content, and guiding improvements that drive our online visibility.
Job Details:
Work from home
Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM
Following Philippine Holidays
Occasional shift adjustments or onsite visits for meetings and presentations
Responsibilities:
Create and implement organic SEO strategies to boost search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for improved search performance.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in search engines.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in SEO with a focus on organic strategies.
Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and enhancing search rankings.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules or onsite requirements.
