A SecOps Engineer is needed to implement, monitor, and improve security operations for cloud infrastructure and AI-driven platforms. The role focuses on integrating security controls, automating incident response, and enforcing compliance across distributed environments. This work supports secure deployment of machine learning models and AI services in production, ensuring data integrity and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy automated security monitoring pipelines using SIEM tools to detect anomalies in real time across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Configure and maintain infrastructure-as-code security guardrails in CI/CD workflows to prevent misconfigurations and enforce least-privilege access.
• Lead threat detection and response activities, including triage, containment, and remediation of security incidents within SLA thresholds.
• Collaborate with DevOps and AI teams to embed security into model deployment pipelines, including vulnerability scanning of containerized workloads.
• Develop and document security policies, runbooks, and compliance artifacts for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, or cloud security engineering with a focus on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Elastic Security, or Microsoft Sentinel, with experience writing detection rules and queries.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automating security workflows and integrating tools into pipelines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation, with experience securing deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with container security platforms (e.g., Aqua Security, Prisma Cloud, Snyk) and vulnerability management in Kubernetes environments.
• Understanding of identity and access management principles, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and RBAC in cloud platforms.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and translating controls into technical implementations.
More About the Opportunity:
This role supports a global platform enabling secure delivery of AI services to enterprise customers. You will help scale security operations to match rapid feature releases and model updates while maintaining audit readiness across multiple jurisdictions. Opportunities exist to influence security architecture decisions for future AI infrastructure.
Equal Opportunity Employer:
We hire based on skills and expertise. All qualified candidates are welcome regardless of background, experience, or prior employment history. Applications are reviewed solely on demonstrated technical ability and qualifications.
