We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join the SES IT team, providing functional support to the HRIS function. The role involves system enhancement, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support to the HRIS team within SES IT
- Handle solution enhancements and system improvements
- Manage and complete backlog items promptly
- Perform functional configuration in SAP SuccessFactors
- Prepare and maintain system documentation
- Conduct testing activities (unit testing, UAT support)
- Provide application support, including troubleshooting and resolving tickets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC)
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC is mandatory
- Proven experience in functional configuration and support environments
- Strong experience in incident management and ticket resolution
- Experience working closely with HRIS teams and business stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) – ability to work with international stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Cross-module expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central + Recruiting Management (RCM))
- Experience in end-to-end implementations and/or AMS support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
