Be part of a high‑calibre SAP delivery team supporting payroll transformation for enterprise clients across Australia and New Zealand. Work on modern SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) landscapes and help deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations at scale.

The Opportunity

Join a collaborative SAP delivery environment where you will implement, enhance, and support end‑to‑end payroll solutions across SAP SuccessFactors ECP. This hands‑on role spans configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and client engagement. You'll partner closely with EC, Time, Finance, and Integration teams to deliver payroll outcomes aligned with AU/NZ compliance and best‑practice methodologies. This role is suited to SAP Payroll consultants who have delivered payroll implementations or configurations for clients, rather than end users of SAP Payroll

What You'll Do

  • Configure and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions for AU/NZ customer payroll environments
  • Deliver SAP Payroll solutions for client environments, including configuration, testing, cutover, and post–go‑live support
  • Execute payroll testing cycles including unit, integration, UAT, and parallel runs
  • Troubleshoot payroll variances, calculation issues, and replication inconsistencies
  • Support integrations such as banking/payment files, GL postings, time valuation, and third‑party outputs
  • Conduct workshops and translate payroll requirements into scalable, accurate SAP solutions
  • Prepare functional documentation including specs, workbooks, configuration notes, and training materials
  • Assist with cutover activities, go‑live execution, and ongoing Level 2/3 payroll support

Key Criteria


  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing or configuring SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP
  • Experience in an SAP consultancy or systems integrator environment, delivering SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP solutions to clients
  • This role requires hands‑on SAP Payroll configuration and implementation experience; candidates with payroll end‑user experience only are not suitable
  • Strong understanding of AU/NZ payroll legislation, compliance, taxation, and superannuation/KiwiSaver
  • Proficiency in payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and end‑to‑end troubleshooting
  • Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) and validation processes
  • Working knowledge of CPI integrations (banking, GL, time, and third‑party files)
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and client‑facing communication skills

Work setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Perth hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT) with a remote work setup
