Senior SAP FICO Consultant | Hybrid (Mid shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations using SAP Activate methodology.

• Design, configure, and deliver SAP FICO solutions across Record-to-Report (R2R), Lead-to-Cash (L2C), Acquire-to-Decommission, Meter-to-Cash, and CAPEX Project Management processes.

• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap workshops, prepare functional specifications, configure SAP FICO, and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive integration between FICO and MM, SD, PS, TRM, FICA, FM, PM, PP, QM, and LE-TRA.

• Provide solution design, stakeholder management, and implementation leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology.

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration and end-to-end finance processes.

• Experience integrating SAP FICO with multiple SAP modules, particularly MM, SD, PS, and TRM (additional experience with FICA, FM, PM, PP, QM, and LE-TRA is highly preferred).

Hybrid (at least once a week onsite)
