We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our Public Cloud implementation project in Manila. The consultant will play a key role in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, ensuring alignment with global best practices and local statutory requirements.
This is a hands-on onsite role that requires expertise in financial accounting, controlling processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP FICO configuration and implementation for S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure core FICO components including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory and tax regulations.
- Work closely with business users, solution architects, and integration teams to align finance processes across modules.
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with SAP Support and Cloud Delivery Teams for issue resolution and release management.
- Document all configurations, process flows, and design decisions following project governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- At least 1 end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation project experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.
- Experience integrating FICO with MM, SD, and Procurement modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology for Cloud projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Preferably certified in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Public Cloud.
