The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP's preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do

Role Overview

Responsible for administration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA platforms across On-premise, RISE,Hyperscaler(AWS/Azure etc), and hybrid/public cloud environments.

Ensures high-availability, performance, and security while supporting SAP BTP integration and enterprise SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP S/4HANA landscapes (non-Prod and Production systems) across On-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Perform system upgrades, SAP conversion and migrations to private and hybrid environments.
• Administer SAP HANA (installation, performance tuning, backup/recovery).
• Configure and manage SAP security (SSO, SNC, SSL certificates, access control).
• Integrate and manage SAP BTP services (Cloud Connector, hybrid connectivity).
• Monitor systems using SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager and cloud tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain HA/DR setup and ensure system resilience.
• Manage integrations (RFC, HTTP/S,SAP Router, APIs).
• Maintain documentation and mentor team members.

What we are looking for

• 8+ years SAP Basis experience with strong S/4HANA and HANA expertise.
• Experience in system upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Strong SAP HANA knowledge (performance tuning, backup/recovery).
• Hands-on experience in SAP RISE and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with SAP BTP (Cloud Connector, integration, user management).
• Strong knowledge of SAP security (SSO, roles, certificates, SNC).
• Experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident management.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and network integration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HANA HA/DR (System Replication).
• Experience with HANA/BTP/Fiori/Cloud Security.

• Experience in SAP Security and Authorization design.
• Experience with automation, scripting, or DevOps tools.
• Willing to work on a shifting setup and weekend work.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead technical tasks and work independently.
