Your Role

As a Senior SAP BASIS & HANA Administrator, you will:

Provide BAU SAP BASIS support across the SAP application landscape

Administer SAP systems including incident management, patching, scheduled jobs, and documentation

Manage SAP databases, backups, and disaster recovery processes

Oversee SAP upgrades, support packs, OSS note applications, and environment refreshes

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP application and database performance issues

What You Need

Non-negotiables

At least 10 years of SAP BASIS work experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA DB

Experience supporting AIX, Linux, and Windows environments

Proven expertise in SAP upgrades, installations, and system refreshes

Ability to support a 24x7 on-call environment

Preferred Skills/expertise

SAP Business Objects administration experience

DB2, SQL, and HANA database exposure

SAP security administration (user and role maintenance)

High availability systems and disaster recovery experience

Strong technical documentation skills
