Senior SAP Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Senior Analyst with expertise across multiple SAP modules, including QM, FICO, ABAP with RAP, PM, and PS. The role includes solution design, configuration, development, and end-to-end support for enterprise-level SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution design, configuration, integration, and system optimization.

- Analyze business requirements and produce functional/technical specifications.

- Perform system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and operations.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

- Maintain documentation including configuration guides and process flows.

- Provide production support and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team best practices.

Module Expertise Requirements:

SAP QM:

- Configure inspections, notifications, quality planning, and results recording.

- Manage QM integration with MM, PP, and PM.

SAP FICO:

- Configure AP, AR, GL, AA, Banking, CCA, PCA, COPA, and internal orders.

- Support financial closing, reporting, and integration with MM/SD.

SAP ABAP with RAP:

- Develop ABAP objects, RAP applications, CDS views, and OData.

- Debug and optimize system performance.

SAP PM:

- Configure PM processes including maintenance orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance.

- Support equipment lifecycle and integration with MM, QM, and FI.

SAP PS:

- Configure WBS, networks, budgeting, costing, and settlements.

- Support integration with MM, SD, and FICO.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of SAP experience across relevant modules.

- At least one full-cycle SAP implementation.

- Strong understanding of SAP module integration.

- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and shifting schedules.

Preferred Attributes:

- SAP certifications.

- Experience in Agile or ITIL environments.
