About the Role
We are hiring a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to deliver custom developments, enhancements, and integrations across our SAP landscape. You will work alongside functional consultants and business stakeholders to build solutions that keep enterprise operations running — from reports and interfaces to complex enhancements and forms.
This role suits a seasoned ABAPer who is comfortable owning developments end-to-end, from technical design through transport and post-go-live support.
What You'll Do
- Develop and enhance SAP custom programs: reports (classical/ALV), module pool, enhancements (BADIs, user exits, enhancement points), and forms (Smart Forms/SAPscript/Adobe Forms)
- Build and maintain interfaces using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs/ALE, and proxies
- Write clean, performant ABAP OO code and conduct performance tuning of existing programs
- Translate functional specifications into technical designs; produce technical documentation
- Collaborate with functional consultants (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) on cross-module solutions
- Manage transports and support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare
- Conduct code reviews and share best practices with the development team
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
- Strong proficiency in core ABAP: reports (ALV), module pool, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, enhancements, Smart Forms/SAPscript, and IDocs/ALE
- Solid experience with ABAP Object-Oriented programming and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of at least one functional module integration (FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP)
- Full project lifecycle experience: development, unit testing, transport management, and post-go-live support
- Willing to work fully onsite (5 days/week) in Malate on a contractual engageme
