Role: Senior Salesforce Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set

Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and related technologies).
Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks.
Salesforce Data Modelling and Data Management.
Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
DevOps, Source Control, and CI/CD practices.
Salesforce Release and Environment Management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency )

Must-Have..

Experience working with Salesforce Industry Clouds, including:
- Media Cloud
- Revenue Cloud
- Health Cloud
- Financial Services Cloud
- Other industry-specific Salesforce Clouds
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Experience with data migration projects.
Industry experience in Broadcast, Media, or Streaming Services environments.
Additional Salesforce certifications, such as:
- OmniStudio Certification
- Salesforce Architect Certifications
- Other advanced Salesforce credentials

SN	Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1	Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions using Salesforce best practices. Build and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs and related integration technologies.
2	Design and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal platform performance. Create, optimize, and support Salesforce Flows, automation processes, and business workflows.
3	Lead Salesforce platform enhancements, upgrades, and releases while ensuring successful implementation and integration. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
4	Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Git, Gearset, and other deployment automation platforms. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5	Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, scalable solutions.
6	Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and Salesforce governance practices.
7	Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
8	Analyze business and technical requirements to generate meaningful insights and recommend improvements.
