The ideal candidate is drives sales force effectiveness by analyzing sales performance and KPIs, managing incentives and territory deployment, optimizing target allocation and field operations, and implementing data-driven processes that support commercial growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Defines, recommends, and implements the sales reporting system and processes that will allow the timely identification of opportunities that the commercial teams can maximize.
Personally, engages in the analysis of sales metrics to identify and recommend areas for growth
Monitor and computes sales incentives for management approval
Conceptualizes, recommends, and implements monitoring of key performance indicators that align with the company's business plans.
Monitors the KPIs of the sales teams and ensures timely reporting of the sales performance
In coordination with 3rd party provider, provides the necessary logistics to allow the sales teams to be immediately operational e.g., customer lists and sales history, territory key performance indicators, resource allocation, and efficient itinerary based on historical data
Periodically assesses the efficiency of territorial deployment, recommends modes for improvement, and implements them accordingly in coordination with the commercial managers
Regularly assesses target allocation across all territories to ensure their appropriateness
Recommends revisions on a timely basis in recognition of internal and external factors

Qualifications:

Education: College Graduate – preferably completed any related Information Technology course
Experience or Skills Required – Minimum of three (3) years in the same role with good grasp of sales data requirements; With excellent IT skills and knowledge and critical attention to details; Must have good verbal and written communication and can interact confidently with employees at the managerial level; Highly acquainted to use Microsoft software and other company computer science tools; Ability to work both independently and in a team, Self-starter, fast learner, and can manage and motivate a team
Computer Technology Savvy
Performs with highest degree of integrity and equally complies the corporate code of business conduct and policies on compliance
Willing to work onsite in Makati.
