About the Client
The Client is dedicated to improving the wellbeing of doctors through innovative healthcare solutions and lifelong partnerships. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems while ensuring data integrity.
- Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support seasonal Salesforce releases.
- Create technical documentation, perform code reviews, implement automated testing, and participate in deployments.
- Support end users through troubleshooting, training, and platform enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help grow the organization's Salesforce engineering capability.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), solution design, and functional consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, customization, integrations, data management, and SDLC.
- Experience with SFDX, automated testing, Data Loader, and version control.
- Salesforce certifications are required (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce).
- Experience with Agentforce and AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments.
