Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate has solid expertise in Salesforce development and integrations and can work effectively in a technical, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations and APIs with external systems.
• Perform data modelling, data management, and related Salesforce development activities.
• Support deployments, releases, upgrades, and environment management.
• Follow DevOps, source control, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in Agile development and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• 7–8 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform with solid hands-on development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling and development best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds such as Media, Health, Financial Services, or other industry-specific solutions.
• Experience with OmniStudio.
• Additional Salesforce Cloud certifications.
• Experience in the Media industry.
• Experience with enterprise integration architecture, data migration/transformation, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git/Gearset.
