Senior Salesforce Developer
Role Summary
Responsible for development, support, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform (CRM, CPQ, FinancialForce, Experience Cloud)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned to best practices
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript
- Understanding of Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Git-based version control
- Knowledge in Conga CPQ, Certinia (FinancialForce), Experience Cloud enhancements is highly desirable
- Contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and integration patterns.
- Ensure code quality, governance, security compliance, and environment control
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards
- Work in Agile teams delivering enhancements and fixes across multiple squads
- Mentor and guide junior developers, supporting capability uplift
Core Skills
- Configuration and customisation (custom objects, flows, validation rules)
- Apex development including triggers, batch processing, and unit testing
- LWC and Aura component development
- API integrations (REST/SOAP) and external system connectivity
- Debugging, optimisation, and production support
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in agile delivery environments
- Minimum 4 years in Salesforce ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions end-to-end
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical design
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (desirable)
