Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce integration experience, including developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and external or enterprise systems
  • Hands-on experience with API development and MuleSoft integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs
  • Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce development best practices
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and DevOps deployment methodologies for Salesforce development and releases
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Design, configure, and administer Experience Cloud portals, including user access, security, sharing, and user experience
  • Build and support Salesforce integrations with NetSuite, BI platforms, and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft and APIs
  • Provide Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration, including user access, automation, approvals, case management, queues, assignments, sales workflows, and issue resolution
  • Maintain code quality, testing, and CI/CD deployments using Git and DevOps pipelines
  • Monitor Salesforce platform performance, security, scalability, and data integrity
  • Partner with administrators and Operations teams to coordinate releases, enhancements, fixes, and platform initiatives

Cross-Functional Governance

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Platform Operations, and Salesforce Administrators to deliver aligned solutions
  • Participate in weekly planning and review sessions to prioritize releases and initiatives
  • Monitor shared KPIs, including deployment success, system performance, and user adoption
