SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Lightning-ready solutions, from high-level solution design to unit testing.
• Take part in continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, and end-to-end release management.
• Hands-on Salesforce.com experience (Sales & Service & Marketing)
• Investigate and fix issues proactively to maintain system performance and stability.
• Deliver on complex user stories or change requests within Agile Sprint Releases.
• Create and manage test classes with 8590% code coverage at the very least.
• Keep up with new developments in technology and use them to improve software systems.
• Organize knowledge-sharing events for junior to mid-level CRM developers, such as brown-bag meetings.
• Provides technical support to production systems/applications and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Lead Developer and/or Associate Manager from time to time.
• Perform technical analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration
• Collaborate with product owners, process owners and experts to identify solutions and process improvements that will be translated into user stories.
• Adhere to company's Apex Code standards.
• Understand and apply the automated deployment process with Bitbucket and Jenkins (Push, Pull, Pull Request).
• Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture
• Create clean, manageable, readable code that is scalable and safe.
• Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
• Experience with JavaScript is a plus.
• Ensure that documentation meets company and external standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as Salesforce Developer and System Administrator
• A thorough understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large-data volume strategies.
• Can customize Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• 5+ years of IT experience in a customer-facing organization
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & 2 is required for this position
