Senior Salesforce Developer

If you enjoy building software and want more say in the problems you use it to solve, we'd like to meet you.

We're hiring our first developers in Manila. You'll work with Australian clients and our founders and architects, getting to know the business behind a request and helping decide what to build. You'll see what happens when people start using your work, and have the chance to improve it with them.

Salesforce is a large part of the job, with Apex, LWC, Flow and integrations into finance systems, ERPs and web apps. There's plenty to get your teeth into, especially when a problem crosses systems.

We want someone who enjoys following the data, understanding the dependencies and working out why something behaves the way it does. That curiosity will serve you well when a project takes you beyond Salesforce, too.

When you can get a prototype running sooner or have an agent help investigate an unfamiliar org, you have more time to consider the problem and try another approach. We want you involved in figuring out how far we can take this, including questioning our own methods.

You'll have the tooling and people to learn with, and you'll always review and test what you build.

Joining early means your ideas can become part of how the whole team works. A useful tool you write, a better way to review code or something you learn on a project can help the next person who joins. You'll have a say in those decisions while working alongside people who can help you take on more demanding work.

The people we're looking for

We like working with people who get enjoyment out of solving a stubborn technical problem. You might have a work project you're proud of, a small script that saved someone hours or an experiment that taught you something unexpected. We'd like to hear about it, though a public portfolio or a coding hobby isn't a formal requirement.

You'll need practical development experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including SOQL and asynchronous processing, backed by sound engineering fundamentals in API design, data modelling, security and testing. Experience or certifications in additional Salesforce clouds are valuable, too.

You'll also need clear spoken and written English to work directly with our Australian clients.

Commercial judgement matters here. You should be able to explain who benefits from your work and why it's worth doing. Sometimes the useful contribution is noticing that a simpler change would get the client the result they need.

We want people who notice when work takes longer than it should and want to do something about it. If a familiar process is slowing us down, question it and try a better approach. You'll have room to experiment, and we'll expect you to use what you learn to improve the next piece of work.

We welcome a considered opinion and a good discussion about how to solve a problem. Explain your reasoning, listen carefully and be willing to change your mind. When something goes wrong, we expect people to speak up and help each other work through it. You'll get honest feedback and mentoring, and we want your feedback too.

What you'll take on

• Build and test Salesforce features and integrations, with an understanding of the systems they depend on.
• Talk through requirements and technical choices with our architects and client teams.
• Review code with other developers and use their feedback to improve your own work.
• Find ways to make recurring work easier, using AI tooling or reusable code where it helps.
• Share what you learn and mentor developers as the team grows.

Through that work, you'll develop the judgement to take on broader design decisions and guide other developers.

Our founders and architects will work with you on it, and we'll pay for your Salesforce certifications. If you're ready for more responsibility than your current role gives you, this is a chance to put that readiness into practice.

You'll manage your time around agreed delivery outcomes and the commitments you make to clients and colleagues.

Expect a base of two days a week in our Mandaluyong office, with attendance varying according to project and team needs. We care about the difference your work makes for clients, and that's what we want to recognise and reward.

• ₱130,000 to ₱170,000 a month, plus 13th month pay
• HMO from day one for you and up to two dependents
