The role
We are seeking a highly skilled
SeniorSalesforce Data Cloud Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) to design, develop, and optimize customer data solutions that drive business intelligence, personalization, and seamless customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer data platforms, integrations, and scalable application development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Build and manage customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and data harmonization processes.
- Integrate data from multiple platforms and sources using APIs and other integration techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement, analytics, and personalization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex application and integration issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in release management activities, deployment processes, and version control best practices.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across customer data environments.
- Support technical documentation, solution architecture discussions, and continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development or related technologies.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and data integration methodologies.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs and low-code development environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization is preferred.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments is also preferred.
