PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
· To open new and manage existing customer accounts within the Traditional Channels/Industrial Channels/Modern Channels in the Visayas Region for revenue growth.
· To be responsible for identifying and converting end users using other brands (Contractors and subcontractors) to DeWalt and Stanley PWT to grow the sales volume of new and existing customers.
· To build strong business relationships with assigned accounts and their key customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work closely with assigned accounts and formulate a sales plan
· Execute sales activities in accordance with the timeline set in the sales plan and monitor the progress.
· Develop & maintain good relationships with assigned accounts through collaboration, mutual growth, and effective communication.
· Monitor sales performance versus sales target to ensure alignment.
· Prepare sales reports, detailing sales performance, progress, opportunities, and risks.
· Follow up on all issues raised by the market's end-customer/distributor, such as product inquiries, marketing programs, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, payment, and other related matters.
· Coordinate with internal departments to seek appropriate resolution to all work issues.
· Manage all sales activities and cover the market segment within the assigned area
· Continuously develop new accounts.
· Provide information and marketing materials about company advocacy and cost-effective solutions to everyone.
· Drive sales by securing commitments and business solutions for clients. · Execute sales and distribution strategies and programs, and ensure collection efficiency.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to the assigned and targeted accounts.
· Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
· At least 5 year(s) of experience specializing in Sales and Marketing of Construction Materials sold through Retail and End Users
· Results-driven, possesses initiative, organizes, and works independently
· Customer focused, Strong selling skills, negotiation skills, and Communication skills
