Senior Sales Representative (Remote – Philippines)

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative (Remote – Philippines) at StaffHero. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, maintaining CRM records, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth. The role will require active engagement with a dynamic team, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
• Skills in lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship building
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools for tracking and managing client interactions
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management and self-motivation
• Knowledge or experience in remote staffing, outsourcing, or global workforce solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
